Ashok Leyland total sales decline 50% in August 2019

Ashok Leyland announced that total sales for month of August 2019 stood at 9231 units compared to 17386 units in August 2018, recording a decline of 47%. Total sales include domestic sales which declined 50% to 8296 units in August 2019 over August 2018.

For the period April-August 2019, total sales stood lower by 20% at 59,766 units compared to corresponding period of previous year.
