The stock had hit a high of Rs 1,178 and a low of Rs 1,160 so far during the day. The stock had hit a record high of Rs 1,261.25 on 14 September 2017 and a 52-week low of Rs 945 on 20 January 2017.
The large-cap company has equity capital of Rs 95.92 crore. Face value per share is Rs 1.
Asian Paints' consolidated net profit rose 15.9% to Rs 567.21 crore on 10.5% growth in net sales to Rs 4260.52 crore in Q3 December 2017 over Q3 December 2016.
