Asian Star Company consolidated net profit rises 406.36% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 52.39% to Rs 1086.65 crore

Net profit of Asian Star Company rose 406.36% to Rs 38.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 7.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 52.39% to Rs 1086.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 713.08 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 0.84% to Rs 63.93 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 63.40 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 16.66% to Rs 2544.39 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 3052.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
