Atul announces revision in credit ratings

Atul announced about the following:

Credit Rating & Research (CARE):

1. has revised rating from 'CARE AA' [Double A] to 'CARE AA+' [Double A Plus] assigned to the long-term facilities (borrowings for more than one year) of the company.

2. has reaffirmed the rating 'CARE A1+' [A One Plus] to the short term facilities (borrowings up to one year) of the company.

3. has reaffirmed the rating 'CARE A1+' [A One Plus] to the Commercial Paper (CP) issue.
