Autopal Industries announced that M. D. Sharma who was acting as the independent Director of the Company satisfying the clauses of Listing agreement has resigned from the designation of Independent Director w.e.f. 01 September 2014 beacuse now he has been offered the post of Plant Head in the Company, which will disqualify him from the eligibility of Independent Director according to the provisions of the Companies Act 1956, Companies Act 2013 and clauses of the Listing Agreement and the Company have approved his resignation in the Board Meeting held on 26 September 2014.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
