On conversion of warrants
Avonmore Capital & Management Services announced that pursuant to the terms and conditions of the preferential allotment of Equity Warrants, the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 September 2014, has allotted 3000000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 15/- each arising out of conversion of 3000000 Equity Warrants.With the allotment of the above said equity shares, the equity base of the Company shall increase from the present level of 21270900 (Nos.) to 24270900 (Nos.) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each and consequently, the Paid-up Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 219217131/- to Rs. 249217131/-.
