Axis Bank allots 1.73 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,73,460 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 2 August 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,09,72,984 (306,54,86,492 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,13,19,904 (306,56,59,952 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
