Axis Bank allots 32,490 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 32,490 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 13 September 2022 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 614,37,87,538 (307,18,93,769 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,38,52,518 (307,19,26,259 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
