Axis Bank allots 32,855 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 32,855 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 28 June 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,04,71,324 (306,52,35,662 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,05,37,034 (306,52,68,517 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
