Axis Bank allots 40,940 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 40,940 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 22 November 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,43,13,006 (30,67,156,503 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,43,94,886 (30,67,197,443 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
