Axis Bank allots 47,100 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 47,100 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on August 24, 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,18,93,778 (306,59,46,889 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,19,87,978 (306,59,93,989 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
