Axis Bank allots 54,420 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 54,420 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 04 October 2022 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 614,46,42,222 (307,23,21,111 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,47,51,062 (307,23,75,531 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
