Axis Bank allots 97,750 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 97,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 18 January 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase Rs. 612,31,49,534 (306,15,74,767 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 612,33,45,034 (306,16,72,517 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
