Under ESOP
Axis Bank has allotted 68,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 12 October 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,59,63,770 (237,79,81,885 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,61,00,070 (237,80,50,035 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
