Axis Bank net profit rises 18.47% in the March 2014 quarter

Total Operating Income rise 13.02% to Rs 7965.23 crore

Net profit of Axis Bank rose 18.47% to Rs 1842.32 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1555.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Total Operating Income rose 13.02% to Rs 7965.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 7047.55 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 20.05% to Rs 6217.67 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 5179.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Total Operating Income rose 12.72% to Rs 30641.16 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 27182.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
