Axis Capital Markets (India) announced that on 06 August 2015, the Company had executed a Deed of Settlement with respect to a suit it had filed in the Honorable High Court against Axis Capital, a subsidiary of Axis Bank.As per the terms of settlement, Axis Capital Markets India is required to change the name and the names its subsidiary companies, Axis Equities and Axis Wealth Management.
A total sum of Rs. 1.50 crore will be received by Axis Capital Markets India and its subsidiaries subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions of the Settlement Deed and Consent Terms.
