Under BHSL S4A Scheme

Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar has allotted 2,51,71,925 fully paid up optionally convertible debentures of face value of Rs 100 each aggregating to Rs 251.71 crore on conversion of debt pursuant to BHSL S4A Scheme to Oriental Bank of Commerce.

Consequent to the allotment of OCDs, a total of 334425250 optionally convertible debentures of face value of Rs 100 each has been allotted to 12 lenders under BHSL S4A Scheme.
