Banas Finance to hold board meeting

Banas Finance will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 3 September 2014, to consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at 31 March 2014, the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date, to consider alteration in the Board of Directors of the Company, to fix day, date, time and venue and approve draft of Notice for 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company, and fix the dates of book closure.
