Bandhan Bank allots 6,193 equity shares under ESOP

Bandhan Bank has approved the allotment of 6,193 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up to eligible employees of the Bank upon exercise of the Options vested with them under the ESOP Series 1. The equity shares so allotted under the ESOP Series 1 shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Bank in all respects including dividend.

Post allotment, the issued and paid up capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs. 1193,11,74,020/- comprising of 119,31,17,402 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up from Rs. 1193,11,12,090/- comprising of 119,31,11,209 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.
