Bank of Baroda allots Basel III Compliance AT I Bonds aggregating Rs 1997 cr

On 26 November 2021

Bank of Baroda announced that the Bank came out with issuance of Rs.2000 crore of Additional Tier 1 bonds on 24 November 2021. Bank has received total bid amount of Rs.5308 crore, out of which the issuance was finalized for Rs. 1997 crore at 7.95%.

Consequently, the Bank has allotted 1997 Basel III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds of face value of Rs 1 crore each aggregating Rs 1997 crore on 26 November 2021.
