Bank of Baroda to raise Tier II Capital up to Rs 1000 crore

The Capital Raising Committee of Bank of Baroda at its meeting held on 18 September 2019 has approved the issuance of Basel III Compliant Tier II Capital Bonds for aggregate total issue size not exceeding Rs.1000 crore, with a base issue size of Rs.250 crore and a Green 5hoe Option to retain oversubscription up to Rs.750 crore.
