Bank of Baroda to sell 10% stake in Equifax Credit Information Services

Bank of Baroda has executed a Share Purchase Agreement, for sale of its entire equity stake of 10.00% in Equifax Credit Information Services. The Bank will sell 1.35 crore equity shares for sale price of Rs 67.43 per share. The transaction is expected to be completed in Q4 FY2020.
