Bank of India announces change in directorate
With effect from 01 January 2015
Bank of India announced that in the exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of sub section (3) of section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970/1980 read with sub clause (1) of the clause 3 and sub clause (1) of clause 8 of The Nationalized Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provision) Scheme. 1970/1980, the Central Government has appointed R. Koteeswaran, Executive Director of the bank as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer in the Indian Overseas Bank from the date of assumption of charge of the post.
