Bank of India raises Rs 1000 crore

By issue of -III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds (Series-II)

Bank of India has raised Rs. 1000 crore by issue of Basel-III Compliant Additional Tier I Bonds (Series-ll). The Bonds have been rated AA (-) by Brickwork and A+ by CRISIL and bear coupon rate of 11.50% p.a.
