Bank of Maharashtra appoints company secretary and compliance officer

With effect from 07 September 2015

Bank of Maharashtra has informed BSE that the Bank has appointed Chandrakant Bhagwat as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer in terms of clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement with effect from 07 September 2015 in place of Medha Devadhar.
