Bharat Dynamics update on Govt.'s proposed OFS

Bharat Dynamics announced that Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM), Ministry of Finance, Govt of India has intimated the appointment of L & L Partners as Legal Advisers and Yes Securities (India), Elara Capital (India) & IDBI Capital Markets & Securities as Merchant Bankers & Selling Brokers for the disinvestment of 15% paid up equity capital out of Govt. of India shareholding of 87.75% in the Company through the "Offer for Sale (OFS) by Promoter through the "stock exchange" mechanism.
