Sandhar Technologies director and CFO resigns

With effect from 10 May 2020

Sandhar Technologies announced that Arvind Joshi, the Whole Time Director and Chief Financial Officer has resigned from the services of the Company, due to personal reasons, with effect from close of business hours on 10 May 2020. He also held the post of the Company Secretary and was the Compliance Officer of the Company.
