Bharat Financial Inclusion has received 'No Objection' from the Reserve Bank of India vide letter dated 13 March 2018 for the voluntary amalgamation of Bharat Financial Inclusion with IndusInd Bank. The amalgamation has received the approval of the Competition Commission of India on 09 December 2017.The scheme remains subject to receipt of approval from the stock exchanges / SEBI, the National Company Law Tribunal, the respective shareholders and creditors of BFIL and the Bank and other applicable statutory and regulatory approvals.
