Bharat Heavy Electricals standalone net profit declines 51.84% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 16.17% to Rs 12368.43 crore

Net profit of Bharat Heavy Electricals declined 51.84% to Rs 888.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 1844.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 16.17% to Rs 12368.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 14754.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 58.99% to Rs 1419.29 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 3460.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 23.05% to Rs 29541.97 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 38388.82 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
