Bharatiya Global Infomedia will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 May 2016, to approve the audited Standalone and consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter/ Financial Year ended 31 March 2016 under Regulation 29 of SEBI Listing Regulations, & to consider the change of registered office from one state to other state.
