Bihar Sponge Iron announced that Chandil Power was a Subsidiary of Bihar Sponge Iron by virtue of Section 4(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956. With effect from 29 September 2014 the Company, Chandil Power cease to be Subsidiary Company of Bihar Sponge Iron.
