Biocon initmates on exercise of stock options

Under ESOP

Biocon announced that 15450 options under Biocon Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 have been exercised by the option holders.

Accordingly, Biocon India Employee Welfare Trust has transferred 15450 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each from trust to the eligible option holders.
