Net profit of Biocon rose 189.12% to Rs 138.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 47.80 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 9.42% to Rs 613.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 560.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.For the full year,net profit rose 123.92% to Rs 808.80 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 361.20 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 0.90% to Rs 2161.10 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2141.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
