Hansson has ceased to be Director of the Company consequent to his retirement at the Twenty Second Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 12 August 2014.Consequent to his retirement, S. K. Daga, Alternate Director to Mats O. Hansson has vacated the office of the Alternate Director with effect from 12 August 2014.
