Board of AAVAS Financiers appoints Chief Risk Officer and Chairperson

At meeting held on 01 August 2019

The Board of AAVAS Financiers at its meeting held on 01 August 2019 has appointed Ashutosh Atre as Chief Risk Officer of the Company for a period of 01 (one) year, w.e.f. 01 August 2019. The Board of Sandeep Tandon -Independent Director of the Company has been appointed as Chairperson of the Board of Directors with effect from the conclusion of Ninth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 01 August 2019 till the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of Company.
