Board of Adani Power allots equity shares on conversion of warrants

Adani Power announced that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 20 October 2016 has made allotment of total 28669479 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each (with a premium of Rs. 22.54 per equity share) on conversion of warrants.
