Crest Ventures allots 86,84,775 equity shares

Under rights issue

Crest Ventures announced that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 20 October 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

- Allotment of 86,84,775 fully paid up Rights Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 50/- per Rights Equity Shares including a share premium of Rs. 40/- per Rights Equity Shares, to the Eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company and in pursuance of the Basis of Allotment approved by BSE, the designated Stock Exchange.
