Adi Finechem announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 July 2016 has considered and approved a scheme of demerger between the Company, its wholly owned subsidiary, Adi Aromatic and Privi Organics and their respective shareholders and creditors. The Board has also initiated the process of changing the name of the Company from Adi Finechem to Fairchem Speciality.
