The Board of Aegis Logistics at its meeting held on 07 June 2021 has approved investment in the equity shares of Aegis LPG Logistics (Pipavav), by way of acquisition upto 100% stake from its wholly owned subsidiary Aegis Gas (LPG). The Board approved further investment of Rs. 56,00,000 in the shares of Aegis LPG Logistics (Pipavav) by acquiring additional 4,60,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and 1,00,000 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares ('CCPS') of Rs. 10/- each.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
