Board of Alka Securities approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 16 June 2014

The Board of Directors of Alka Securities at its meeting held on 16 June 2014 has approved the resignation of Directors, Alka Pandey and Brijesh Kothari. The Board has approved the appointment of the following Additional Directors, till the AGM of the Company, in place of its retiring Directors - Kaushik Shah, Rachana Pandya and Ajay Patil.
