Allcargo Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2016 approved the following -Buyback of up to 64 lakh equity shares of Rs 2 each representing 2.54% of the total outstanding equity shares of the Company at a price of Rs 195 per share (including a premium of Rs 193 per share).
Record date for buyback of shares is 18 November 2016.
Appoints Shruta Sanghavi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with immediate effect.
