Allied Computers International (Asia) announced that M/s. Rajeev Sood & Co., Chartered Accountants has resigned as Statutory Auditor of the Company on account of their pre-occupation with immediate effect.

The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 30 September 2014 has accepted their resignation and has decided to appoint M/s. Chirag C. Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants' Mumbai as the Statutory Auditor of the Company subject to approval of the shareholders.
