Allied Digital Services announced that the Board meeting of the Company was duly held on at 12:00 p.m. on 04 November 2016 and concluded at 02:00 p.m. and the Board considered and approved the following items:1. Resignation of Paresh Shah w.e.f. 04 November 2016 as a Whole Time Director of the Company on account of his resignation from the said position due to his other commitments.
2. Appointment of Paresh Shah w.e.f. 05 November 2016 as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and to fix the remuneration.
