At meeting held on 28 October 2015
Ambuja Cements announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2015, inter alia, have approved the following :Sanjeev Churiwala, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned and the Board has accepted his resignation with effect from 16 November 2015.
In the meantime, Sanjay Khajanchi, currently Joint President, Corporate Controlling will serve as the Interim CFO, till such time a new CFO is appointed.
