Board of Anna Infrastructures approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 10 April 2015

Anna Infrastructures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 April 2015, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Rhythm Garg as an Additional Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. 10 April 2015; and

2. Resignation of Ramesh Chand Agarwal as Independent Director and re-designation, as Non Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. 10 April 2015.
