Anup Malleable has received a letter from Ashok Khaitan, forming part of the Promoter Group of Anup Malleables to consider the voluntary delisting of the Company from the BSE and the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) i.e., both the Stock Exchanges where the equity shares of the Company are listed.In this regard kindly note that in lieu of the aforesaid letter a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 13 June 2018 to consider the prospects of voluntary delisting of the Company from both the BSE and CSE.
