Board of Anupam Rasayan India approves availing credit facilities aggregating Rs 106 cr

At meeting held on 01 November 2021

The Board of Anupam Rasayan India at its meeting held on 01 November 2021 has approved the following:

Availing credit facilities in the form of working capital from Qatar National Bank, Mumbai for an amount not exceeding in aggregate Rs 30 crore.

Availing credit facilities in the form of working capital from Standard Chartered Bank, Ahmedabad upto a maximum aggregate principle amount of Rs 76 crore.
