Arfin India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2017 has approved the revised scheme of amalgamation of Mahendra Aluminium Company (transferor) with Arfin India with the appointed date i.e. 01 April 2017. The scheme is subject to approval of shareholders, the National Company Law Tribunal and all other regulatory and necessary approvals.
