Board of Asahi India Glass appoints director

The Board of Asahi India Glass has approved the appointment of Sheetal Mehta, (DIN: 06495637) as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years with effect from 4 November, 2020, subject to approval of shareholders at forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
