Board of Astral Poly Technik recommends interim dividend

Astral Poly Technik announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity Share (i.e. 25%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
